Again we would like to thank all of the students who submitted essays for the 2016 Faster Forward Fellowship. And special congratulations to our winner, Annie Arcuri!
Annie Arcuri, a master’s degree student in Claremont Graduate University (CGU’s) Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation programs, received the 2016 Faster Forward Fellowship for her paper Redefining Performance Appraisal: A Step Forward in Personnel Evaluation.
As noted in the CGU April 22nd news release, Arcuri is associate managing editor for Strengths Lab, a research and innovation lab aimed at enabling people to work at their best. She believes that positive human resource practices can help people feel more engaged and satisfied at work while simultaneously positively impacting an organization’s bottom line.
She hopes to use the workplace as a venue to promote human flourishing and well-being.
